Class information

In addition to personal training, Extreme Fitness offers high paced group fitness classes to interested individuals or groups. These classes are affordable, motivating, and fun. Workout classes are available in the morning and evening.

Consider signing up for a group fitness class. You can come alone, with friends or family, or with work associates. It’s a great way to start your morning off healthy, or end your day on a positive note.
